Terms of Sale

1. Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved business customers with an active wholesale account. Prices are tiered based on order volume — the more you order, the better the unit price. Prices are subject to change without notice, but will always be confirmed at the time of order placement.

All prices are listed excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT-registered businesses in the UK will have VAT added at checkout. International customers may be subject to local import duties and taxes.

2. Minimum Order Quantities

All wholesale orders must meet the specified minimum order quantity (MOQ) as indicated on the product pages or wholesale price list. MOQs may vary by product and are subject to change. Orders below the MOQ threshold cannot be processed through the wholesale portal.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required in full at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers for larger orders.

Net payment terms (e.g., Net 30) may be available for established wholesale accounts with a proven order history. These terms are granted at DeckSentry's sole discretion and may be revoked if payments are not received on time.

4. Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. We aim to dispatch all wholesale orders within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. International shipping timescales vary by destination.

Wholesale orders receive priority processing. Risk of loss and title for items passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. DeckSentry is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processing.

5. Resale Restrictions

Authorised wholesale customers may resell DeckSentry products through their own physical stores, websites, and at events or trade shows. Resale on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) requires explicit written consent from DeckSentry.

Wholesale customers must not alter, rebrand, or repackage DeckSentry products without prior written approval. Any breach of these resale conditions may result in account termination.

6. Order Cancellation

Wholesale orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is subject to our standard wholesale return conditions as outlined in our Returns Policy.
